A former deputy head teacher of a Southport girls’ school has admitted his role in a paedophile ring.
59-year-old Warren Mallard, who worked as a PI in Sydney is facing a total of 29 serious charges.
Mallard pleaded guilty to a total of 23 offences and denied the others. He appeared along with two other men, Joseph John Hawley and Phillip Skitt.
Mallard, admitted two charges of encouraging or assisting Joseph John Hawley on November 16, 2008 to rape a three-year-old girl, believing it would be committed.
He denied two charges of inciting Hawley to rape the same child when she was three, inciting him to sexually assault her and three charges of encouraging him to rape her, also when she was three years old.
